What is Zunier ? : Zunier is a web store that offers a wide range of quality products, ranging from the latest electronics to stylish fashion items and practical household products.


Where is Zunier located? : Zunier is based in the United States. We proudly deliver our products to customers in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway


Pay :

How can I pay? : At Zunier, you can choose from several secure payment methods, including:

 

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)
  • Klarna (Pay later or in installments – available in supported countries)


How does payment work via Klarna? : When you choose Klarna at checkout, you can pay now, pay later, or split your payment into interest-free installments. Klarna offers a fast, secure, and flexible experience, with clear instructions and easy payment management through the Klarna app.


How can I pay with a credit card? : You can pay for your order with the following credit cards: Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Select this payment method, enter your credit card details and follow the instructions on the screen. Your data is sent encrypted to guarantee your privacy. The payment is authorized immediately, and you can possibly contact you to prevent fraud.


What should I do in case of problems with paying? :  If you encounter problems while paying, we recommend that you delete your browsing history and add the product to your shopping cart again.


Is online shopping at zunier safe ? : Yes, online shopping at Zunier is very safe. Your personal information is sent encrypted and are not accessible to third parties. We comply with all requirements of privacy legislation and other legal regulations. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your permission.


Order

I receive a confirmation of my order? : Yes, after each completed order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.


What if I have not received an order confirmation? : If you have not received an order confirmation, first check your spam or unwanted e-mail folder. If you cannot find the confirmation there either, please contact us via support@zunier.shop so that we can help you.


Can I cancel my order? : Yes, you can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to an e-mail before 5 pm on the day of order support@zunier.shop. State your name, order number and order date in the e-mail. Please note that your order may already have been taken in processing and therefore can no longer be canceled.


Dispatch

What are the shipping costs? : Shipping is free for orders over 550 SEK in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. For orders below this amount, standard shipping fees apply


When will my order be sent? : We strive to send all orders that were placed on workdays before 5 p.m..


What is the delivery time of my order? : At present, the processing time is 1-5 days and the delivery time is 1-7 days (the Netherlands: PostNL/DHL/GLS and Belgium: Bpost/Colis Privé). The delivery time can differ per product, so we always ask you to consult the information on the product page. You will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code once your order has been sent, so that you can follow your order step by step.


What happens if I am not at home during delivery? : If you are not at home when the postman comes to deliver your order, he or she will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be taken and a message will be left for you with instructions for planning a new delivery attempt or picking up your order at a collection point.


Exchange and return

What is your return policy? : You have the right to return an item within 14 days, without giving reason. You will then receive the full order amount refunded to your account. The costs of return shipment are for your own account.


How can I return an item? : Contact our customer service vial support@zunier.shop  And report that you want to return an item. You will receive instructions for returning the product. Send the product back in the original packaging and in new condition. As soon as the product has been received in good order, we will deposit the full purchase amount back within 14 days to the account with which the purchase in question was made. Keep in mind that as stated in our general terms and conditions, the return costs are at your own risk and the order abroad (Asia) must be returned. Returns to another address are not reimbursed.


Can I exchange an article? : Most articles can be exchanged. For this, contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt via support@zunier.shop . After receiving the product to be exchanged, we will send the new product to you.


What should I do if my order has arrived or incomplete? : Contact our customer service via as soon as possible support@zunier.shop 


Service & Warranty

What is your warranty policy? : All our products has a legal warranty. This means that a product is or should do what you can expect as a consumer in all reasonableness. If a product does not meet these expectations, you are entitled to free repair, a new product or refund of your money. The product must function properly with normal use. If this is not the case, we will ensure a suitable solution.


How do I claim warranty? : Contact our customer service via support@zunier.shop And describe the problem as detailed as possible. If possible, add photos or videos to clarify the problem. Our team will then assist you as soon as possible and propose a suitable solution.
