Order and deliver

Have you found a Zunier item that you really need? Great!

    • Select the desired color and/or size and click 'Add to cart'. You can still go shopping further and go back to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the 'shopping cart icon' at the top right. Keep in mind that placing items in your shopping cart does not automatically reserve them.


  • Are you finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping cart icon' at the top right to go to your Zunier items. On the next page you can adjust the numbers if necessary. Then click the 'Go to checkout' button. You will now be led to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on one page.


Please note: after you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, because we will immediately process your order to ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible.


Frequently asked questions about shipping:

  • At Zunier, we offer both free standard shipping and paid express options for faster delivery. Please note that while we take great care in packaging, products may occasionally be damaged during transit. If this happens, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly

 

  • Can I follow my delivery? Yes, we ship all our items with Track & Trace. You can follow the status of your order via the order status page. You will receive the link to the order status page by e-mail as soon as your order has been sent. Keep in mind that it can sometimes take a while before the track & trace status is available.

 

  • What are the delivery times? At Zunier we strive for a fast delivery of our products. If you place an order on workdays before 3 p.m., we strive to process your order the same day. Many of our articles are sent directly by our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10-15 working days.

 

  • What if I'm not at home during delivery? If you’re not at home when your package arrives, it will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. You’ll receive a notification with the location and pickup instructions from the local carrier (e.g. PostNord, Bring, or DAO depending on your country). The package will be held for up to 7 days, after which it may be returned to our warehouse if not collected

 

  • Incorrect address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the specified shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so that there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Contact us immediately if you think you have given up a wrong shipping address.

 

  • Lost or stolen package : Lost or stolen package. Zunier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will open an investigation with the local carrier (PostNord, Bring, or DAO) and keep you informed throughout the process.
